We are an administrative team of Supporter Relations Officers, based in our office in Edinburgh. We provide support across the charity and cover a wide range of administrative and financial processes.

Yes, our Supporter Relations Officers will be happy to answer any queries you might have about your donation or process it for you. We can take your donation over the phone using our secure donation system, simply call 0800 716 146 and select the donation line option.

We also accept cash, cheque and card payments sent to our address as listed above. If you have any questions about this, or you would like to be sent a donation form, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

If you have any queries regarding events, you can call us and select our Event line, or send an email to events@mariecurie.org.uk

You can get in touch by phone, email, or post with queries about your direct debit. We can set it up, amend, or cancel it for you. We can also send out a paper direct debit form if you prefer this

If your query relates to a lottery direct debit, please call the lottery hotline on 0370 609 1453.

If you would like to change your details, please feel free to give us a call, email, or send us a letter, and our team will update this for you.
