Volunteer mandatory training
As a Marie Curie volunteer, you're required to read our mandatory training materials before you start your volunteer role, and on an ongoing basis during your time as a Marie Curie volunteer. You play a vital part in our work and help us to reach more people and families living with a terminal illness, so it's really important you're fully equipped to carry out your role safely.
Our easy to read training packs are hosted on Page Tiger (one of our trusted software providers) and takes around 25 minutes to read, however, you can visit the pack as many times as you like before completing the declaration to confirm you've read and understood the information included.

New Volunteers
Who is this training for?
Anyone who is currently going through our volunteer recruitment process.
Returning Volunteers
Who is this training for?
Anyone who has stepped away from their volunteer role for a while and is now in the process of returning to us as a Marie Curie volunteer.
Annual Refresher
Who is this training for?
All active volunteers who have been asked to complete their renewal. You will need your unique volunteer number to access this pack; this ensures your compliance is recorded within our database.
