The network seeks to empower and support care home support team professionals in Scotland. Register to the network .
Objectives of the network:
- Improve the experience of living and dying in a care home through supporting the teams who work closely with nursing home front line staff.
- Develop a community of practice within care home support teams across Scotland.
- Enable care home support teams to empower care home staff in their local area to deliver, high quality, evidence based palliative and end of life care in the care home setting.
Curriculum
The curriculum setting session has taken place and the schedule and topics agreed for the network are below. Please note dates and times are fixed but topics may move around based on speaker availability.
