Quality Account

The Quality Account is a report required by the Department of Health which complements our financial accounts.

As of 2010, we follow the format set out by the Department of Health in the Quality Accounts Regulations.  Rather than focusing on money and funding, this format simply takes account of the quality of care we provide.

This does mean that the report is very different to that of previous years but we did capture some of the main elements by including comments from our patients and families.
