Liability and insurance

Marie Curie cannot accept liability for actions undertaken in its name without our knowledge. We cannot provide personal accident insurance for fundraising activities undertaken in aid of Marie Curie. Participants are urged to assess the risks involved in their activities and take out their own insurance if necessary. Further advice can be sought from a fundraiser in your local fundraising office.

Events

Further terms and conditions apply for our fundraising events, which can be accessed when you register for that event, either online or in hardcopy. These must be agreed to in order to participate.

Refunds

The charity is unable to refund voluntary donations except in exceptional circumstances.
